magicallaw: (Sarah Jane - Pyramids of mars)

Plot wasn't exactly original and kind of reminded me of Invasion of the Bane for some reason. However, the dialogue and characters more than make up for any flaws in the plot.

Also, UNIT mention. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Clyde is still pwning pretty much everyone.

Sarah Jane and Maria looking down at the Earth. Y HALO THAR 'END OF THE WORLD'. Wow, maybe I was right when I said Sarah and Maria = Nine and Rose. Well, I prefer that to any sort of relationship with a / in between their names.

I missed Sarah/Alan though, I'm hoping next week will make up for it. But watching next weeks means I have to put up with Jane Seymour. DOES NOT WANT.

I'm also currently watching The Ark In Space. lols at the shittest monster I have seen in Old Who yet. It's just bubble wrapping dyed green. Unfortunatley, I think the best thing about this story is Sarah Jane's eyeshadow. FOR IT IS AMAZING. Apart from that, it's not really done anything for me this story. Even Four isn't keeping me glued. And that's saying something.

I also finished re-watching S2 Life on Mars last night. I still flail at the last episode. Upset Chris makes me cry :( then I don't stop to the end. RUSTY, THAT'S HO TO WRITE A GOOD FINALE!

And I am in no way shape or form styling my hair like Annie. NO WAY.

I didn't watch Robin Hood last night. Did I miss much? No, thought not.

But, but, but, Sunday Night has now officially turned into The Best Night For Telly cos dudes, Top Gear, then Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman onna motorbike riding to Cape Town. Man, I can't wait. And I don't care that it is on the same time as Palin cos, Michael you have disapointed me this year. Sorry.

Also, UK people, anyone have Freeview? Have you discovered a new channel called 'Dave TV'? It's fucking awesome.

I think it was toward the end. I get very emotionally involved in TV shows anyway but it's the first time SJA has had that effect. It was sort of like when the kids returned in Fear Her in Doctor Who, that got me teary-eyed too.
