1. Law & Order: UK trailer. I am very excited about Freema, obviously, but whilst everyone else on the internet is squeeing over some fella who is in some other show that I don't watch, I'm probably the only person excited about Bradley Walsh. A very lardy Bradley Walsh, I might add.

2. I drove for the first time today by myself. Still no car, though. Looking for a car under £400 is actually quite hard. Yes, I'm deadly serious.

3. Timey-wimey fic is hard, just so you know. I think I may have to write this thing backwards.

I love Bradley Walsh an awful lot. I never knew what a nice guy he was until Maestro at the tail-end of this summer where he was lovely and laughed a lot with Alex James. (Although, I am shallow which makes me way more excited for Jamie Bamber - Battlestar Glactica, oh yes - and Freema, but that's a given.)

I never watched Maestro. I just remember him as a presenter of rather shoddy quiz shows when I was younger, and of course, Corrie ♥.

2. Congratulations on the solo driving! And good luck finding a car in your price range, which sounds terribly low to me, but I know absolutely nothing about how much used cars cost in England.

3. I feel your pain. I had to write up a detailed timeline for the one timey-wimey thing I wrote, and I may have to do the same for the next one. If writing backwards works for you, go for it.

That timey-wimey fic was probably a giant pain in the ass, but the payoff was really huge. It's one of my favourite fics of all time.

Aw, thank you.

2. Well, it's enough to get me a small, second hand car, which will be cheap to insure and that's all I want right now.

3. It's usually not that bad for me, as the fics I've written previously have been shorter. But this will be longer and, yeah, I'm thinking a detailed timeline will be the way to go.

I'm excited to see Bradley Walsh as I've been a huge fan of his since his days in Coronation Street. Then of course his episodes of SJA only reminded me again. I love his work. With or without Freema I would watch this show for Bradley if it was on BBC Canada.

Yay for driving on your own today!

Yeah, gotta love Corrie.

Mmmmm...Jamie Bamber. He's worth squeeing over. See icon for details.

Yay for solo driving! Good luck on finding a car.

It's wrong that that does nothing for me, I know. *hangs head*

That trailer does look amazing. And doesn't Freema look great? I really love her hair. I have no idea who Bradley Walsh is, but then I have no idea who the guy from BSG is either. And yay on the driving. And that finding a car for under that amount sounds like a challenge on Top Gear. But you'll find something...the only important thing is that it run. I've heard someone say recently in some economic report that cars really are only for transportation, not for looking good. ;)

I'm really not fussed what it looks like, to be honest. I want it to get me from a - b. Besides, everyone has to have an old banger for their first car, it makes you appreciate every other car you have after that.

Have you tried your local car auctions? They're giving cars away at the moment and a friend of mine picked up a V-reg rover for £250 which has just driven to Berlin and back with no ill effects.

Yeah, I've considered it and I know someone who got a great deal at one. It's just finding the time to go to one that's the problem at the moment, but I shall keep it mind.
