I finished series one of The West Wing this morning. For those of you that have seen the end of series one will know that this means I had to watch the first two episodes of series two. You will also probably understand that I have spent the best part of three hours crying. This show, it has stolen my heart ♥.

Tears were shed over the following:

1. Toby's brother.
2. The President calling that soldier's parents.
3. The President kissing Leo before he went under.
4. Sam saving C.J's life.
5. Josh's dad.
6. "I'm ready."

And that, is to name but a few.

I am also completely in love with Toby. I think we were possibly meant to be together.

I need to go do something else less emo now.

I watched that show for a few seasons, but sometime after 9/11 it was just a bit too close to home; I think it ended shortly after that, actually.

West Wing actually ended in 2006...President Bartlett served his full 8 year term as commander and chief.

I have much love for The West Wing and still list it among my favorite shows. The first, second and third season were the best and I have much love for parts of the fourth...after that things started moving downhill, though I still had love for it. I have to say that I didn't watch much of the seventh and last season...still haven't actually, even though I own it on dvd. It just wasn't the same after Aaron Sorkin left and the writers changed. It never had the same purpose or voice.

So in essence, **Gleeful West Wing Squee**. So glad you like it. :)
