This month's challenge at picspammy is favourite characters. Now, having just finished rewatching series 4 of Nu Who, and actually quite enjoying it (Yah, I knows!), I thought that it should be Who related. My inital thought was to spam Donna because, well, ♥! But then it dawned on me, who is the best character featured in series 4 of Nu Who? Don't answer that.







Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is where the episode ends, right? AND EVERYONE WAS HAPPY. *nods*

They are so addictive, aren't they? I discovered them quite by accident maybe a month or two ago. I think I was reading a fic from handysparehand that prof_pangaea had rec'ed for the Handy Recs (which I am woefully behind on updating, I am so sorry!) and followed the tags in the journal to find more fic and happened upon the whole 'Nameless' verse with imnot_hisgirl and the other adventures with marthajonesmd.

I was so riveted that, like you, I read them all in a day. I am currently tracking the 'Let's take a train to Paris' one since it is still in progress. I am on the edge of my seat with anticipation and excitement over it! LOL!

Actually the RP fics inspired my own Handy story [the 'Benefits of Lying (With a Friend) one] where Handy gets stuck with Martha in this universe while the Doctor goes on to travel with Rose. I never realized how much angst that pairing would have until I started writing it. It gave me a whole new level of respect for the RP fics as the writers seem to inhabit those characters so effortlessly!
