This month's challenge at [livejournal.com profile] picspammy is favourite characters. Now, having just finished rewatching series 4 of Nu Who, and actually quite enjoying it (Yah, I knows!), I thought that it should be Who related. My inital thought was to spam Donna because, well, ♥! But then it dawned on me, who is the best character featured in series 4 of Nu Who? Don't answer that.

Photobucket

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is where the episode ends, right? AND EVERYONE WAS HAPPY. *nods*

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is where the episode ends, right?

There were two endings filmed as a decoy, as with 'Bin Girl' Rose/without Rose in Partners In Crime. The other ending went like this:

Rose suddenly remembered that she left her Torchwood gun in the TARDIS, and instead of it coming out of her wages she went and retrieved it. The brown and blue suited Doctors, and the Doctor-Donna follow her inside. Rose gets a fair choice because no-one can kick her off the TARDIS. The truth of the matter comes out that Rose wants to be with the brown-suit mind because that's who she bonded with throughout the episode. Of course, brown-suit body isn't happy with this because he will outlive Rose by a long time, and he doesn't want to leave the Universe unprotected. The amazing Doctor-Donna highlights that they can rejig the fob watch technology to swap minds between the part-human and Gallifreyan bodies. Thus, Rose gets the mind she bonded with in a human body, and he hands over his job responsibilities to the Donna-Doctor who now has his regenerations. There's some remark about genocide and Rose points out that she herself wipe out the Daleks on the Game Station but the Doctor didn't boot her out of the TARDIS. Donna says she'll beat her siamese twin with a stick if he tries anything dodgy. The Doctor walks out onto the beach with Rose to embark on the 'one adventure he's always wanted.' As the TARDIS leaves, Donna becomes ill. But the Donna-Doctor actually cares about her enough to save her life and her mind. He rejigs the fob watch to take the harmful aspects out of Donna's body and into his so they could continue exploring the Universe together. And they all lived happily ever after with their partners of choice.

Unfortunately, the decoy for the press ended up being broadcast on the BBC. But one day the true ending will be broadcast...

Oh that foolish BBC. It'll be on the 10th Anniversary Edition of s4.
