I know that I have certainly done similar things at work myself and it is always good for a laugh (at my own dumb self, that is). 3. You know I keep thinking the same thing, honestly. I mean, she is "past her sell-by date" in the Whoniverse, so it would only make perfect sense in RTD's cracked out brain. *sigh* If she does in fact die, though, I hope she has some sort of glorious death -- whatever that may be in Who-ville.
